Becoming One with Gamcheon

Near the entrance, you'll find three human-shaped cutouts painted with hand-drawn patterns of Gamcheon. From a certain angle, they blend seamlessly into the background behind them.

Although their appearance may seem simple at first glance, this artwork carries a deeply moving meaning: everyone holds a sense of "home" in their heart, and for some people, the breathtaking scenery of Gamcheon Culture Village itself represents that sense of home.

The Little Prince and the Desert Fox

The Little Prince and the Desert Fox of Gamcheon Culture Village hardly need any introduction—most people have already heard of their fame. The Little Prince, who traveled from Planet B-612 to Earth, meets the Desert Fox and begins a long journey together. Along the way, they arrive at Gamcheon Culture Village, where they sit on a railing and gaze out over the charming village below.

Next to the Little Prince, there is also a famous Lighthouse Mural. It is painted using trompe-l'œil (optical illusion) techniques to depict the inside of a lighthouse, with a view looking out toward the beautiful Gamcheon Culture Village. Visitors can sit by the window in the center and take a photo that blends perfectly with the scenery of the village.
